Shipping & Delivery

All orders under RM400 are charged at RM10 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia. All orders which are above RM400 enjoy free delivery.

Currently Click & Collect Option is unavailable.

We are not able to dispatch orders without an invoice.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery in East Malaysia will take 6-10 days and West Malaysia will be 5-8 days.

Please check for the email in your spam folders of your inbox. You can also view your dispatch notifications by logging into your Superdry account.

If you have not received a notification and your account does not show that your order has been dispatched after 24 hours, please contact us.

You will have had an estimated delivery date at the checkout and an order confirmation email to reflect this. If there has been no movement in your tracking for 5 days, please contact us.

Return & Refunds

There are no exchange options available for now. If you are unhappy with your order, you can return within 30 days.

No, we offer free returns. Kindly read the returns policy before returning.

All return related enquiries must be requested through an email send to contact@superdry.my

Please check your return tracking information to see if we have received your return. Once received please allow 7-10 working days for the return to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

No, the returned item has to be in original condition.

In-Stores

No refund is allowed currently, if you are unhappy with your purchase from one of our stores, please return it at the same store you have purchased with a valid proof of purchase for an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Exchange is applicable for the same style with different size subjected to availability. All purchase at any of our outlers is final. No exchange or refund is allowed in all outlets.

For items bought in our Malaysia stores you can return them to the same store you have made purchase (excluding airport stores) within 14 days for an exchange, providing the item is unworn, with tags, its original condition and proof of purchase can be provided.

Acceptable proof of purchase includes your original purchase receipt or a credit/debit card statement showing the transaction.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, swimwear, innerwear and cosmetics, socks or bras.

This returns policy does not cover gift cards, products bought from third party retailers (including concessions and franchise stores); products bought outside Malaysia and personalized or altered products.

If you have bought the items from a Superdry store outside Malaysia, please contact that store directly or check your receipt for the terms & conditions.
